This sale was stress filled with a seller who had many problems in getting relatives to sign etc.

Oh my goodness, where to start?
It’s been at least a year long road (I’m sure longer, but I’ll just go back to the past year), and Tavia Thomas has been with me every step of the way. When I had questions, she gave me answers or at least options I should consider. When I needed people to help with certain aspects of the house, she gave me recommendations, not just one, but several that I could choose from (rather than me trying to go through a laundry list). After Hurricane Helene wreaked havoc on the area in Sept 2024, she and her son made the trip up the mountain to the house to give me my first assessment of damage. She sent photos and helped direct my next steps. I live over 125 miles from the house being sold, so her thoughtfulness, forethought and keen understanding of the area and the house itself were paramount in our ability to sell it. I will keep her in my life forever. She’s smart, funny, and always had my back. She supported me when I was down and helped me always to next steps.
